President, founder
Ang Teck Seong
LLB(Hons) | ACIS (CS)(CGP)
Mr Ang started work in Petronas Gas in 1982, in the field of Contract Management and Administration. He was directly involved in the Peninsular Gas Utilisation Project Phase 1 & 2, constructing gas pipelines, gas processing plant, metering stations and ancillaries work.
Later on, he joined KLCC Berhad from 1993 – 2000 as a Manager in the Risk Management Department. He was involved in the contract and risk management during the building of KLCC Twin Towers, Putrajaya and University Technology Petronas (UTP).
Thereafter, for most of his time until 2018, he was appointed as CEO of Pembinaan Tetap Teguh (PTT), Group CEO of Mainstay and the Deputy Chairman of Mainstay Group. Some notable developments he was involved in was Space u8, Sekata Vista and Sekata Villa. The total Gross Development Value is RM250 million. He is currently the President of IRMA since 2019.

Mr Stanley Wong joined Lions Group, which was famous for developing large scale projects.
He had more than 30 years’ experience in project management, construction and development projects in housing, high rise and commercial development such as service apartment, hotel and factory units.
He is currently the Senior Vice President of IRMA.

Harmizi Hamid
Mr Harmizi has 15 years of experience in the field of housing and commercial developments in the Klang Valley area.
He joined Bulatan Mekar Sdn Bhd as a Manager in the Marketing & Development of Projects. He is experienced in handling with authority’s approval.
He joined Mainstay Development as a Senior Liaison Officer for 5 years before joining IRMA as Vice President –Development in 2019
